Part I of Wellness for Your Good
Saturday Jan 12, 2019
Saturday Jan 12, 2019
Recommendations/The F.A.B. Five:
- This week’s F.A.B. Five:
1) consider incorporating wellness into your life: after consulting with your physician, start with the one or two therapies that resonate with you most. I recommend starting with nutrition first.
2) do not underestimate stress; find ways to reduce if not eliminate it and keep at it;
3) remember to breathe. While it may be automatic, remember that it may also be therapeutic;
4) nutrition is critical to your life: consult with a nutritionist or doctor to help you find the best nutritional lifestyle for your current needs;
5) complete the picture and also pay attention to your skin: as your skin improves with your nutrition and wellness routines, modify your skincare regimen to better serve the needs of your skin as they may change.
